ASTM A213 T92 High-Pressure Boiler Tubes is ferritic steel with vanadium, niobium microalloyed, and boron and nitrogen controlled (9% chromium, 1.75% tungsten, 0.5% molybdenum), which is used in place of superheaters and reheaters in power plant boilers.

It is used in the collection box and steam pipe under very harsh steam conditions. (Main steam and reheat hot steam pipeline)
ASTM A213 T92 High-Pressure Boiler Tube has stronger high-temperature strength and creeps property than other ferrite alloy steels. Its corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance are equal to those of other ferrite steels containing 9%Cr.
Size: OD: 3.2-127.0mm, WT: 0.4-12.7mm, Length: up to 13 meters.
Delivery Conditions: Normalized & Tempering.
*Most of the carbides dissolve during normalizing at 1040°C~1080°C (1900°F~1980°F) without obvious grain growth.
*When tempered at a temperature of 750°C to 780°C (1380°F to 1435°F), carbides can be uniformly precipitated in the martensite structure, thereby improving the creep performance of the material.
