Large diameter honing steel pipe is basically divided into fluid pipe and oil steel bobbin used in hydraulic system, also known as honing pipe, while cold-drawn or cold-rolled precision seamless steel pipe also includes hydraulic steel pipe.
Large diameter honing steel pipe is a high-precision seamless steel pipe after cold drawing or cold rolling. Because the inner and outer walls of precision steel pipes have no oxide layer, no leakage under high pressure, high precision, high finish, no deformation during cold bending, flaring, flattening and no cracks, they are mainly used to produce pneumatic or hydraulic products.
The raw materials of hydraulic steel pipes are subject to fine drawing, oxidation free and bright heat treatment (NBK state), nondestructive testing, high pressure washing and acid cleaning of the inner holes of the steel pipes, antirust treatment of the inner and outer walls of the steel pipes with antirust oil, and dust treatment of the covers at both ends. The steel pipe produced has high precision and good finish. There is no oxide layer on the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe. The steel pipe can withstand the high pressure through which the liquid flows. The steel pipe is not deformed during cold bending, and can be flared and flattened without cracks.
Mechanical properties can be bent without deformation at any angle. It is mainly used for preparing steel pipes in the oil circuit of the hydraulic system, also known as hard piping in the hydraulic system, and precision steel pipes for automobiles.
