NS313 (Inconel601) alloy is rich in chromium, which gives it excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing acidic media. At the same time, the alloy also contains aluminum element, giving it excellent antioxidant and sulfurization resistance. This alloy has a stable austenite structure in the solid solution state, with a small amount of carbides and nitrides dispersed.
NS313 (Inconel601) alloy has excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance, especially in high-temperature oxidation environments, with a maximum service temperature of 1260 ℃. Even in some acidic and alkaline media, such as nitric acid, sodium hydroxide and dilute sulfuric acid, the alloy still shows good corrosion resistance.
NS313 (Inconel601) alloy also has excellent sulfurization resistance. The experiments conducted in an atmosphere of 1.5% H2S+98.5% H2 at 650~750 ℃ showed that the 0Cr23Ni60Fel4Al alloy exhibited good resistance to vulcanization.
